Penny Hagen | DAN

Penny (@pennyhagen) believes in a participatory approach to the design of process, strategy, products and services. Penny is the User Experience Director at leading digital agency DAN in Auckland. In addition to her design consulting work, Penny teaches design thinking to business students at AUT and last year finished her PhD on the impact of social technologies on the design process.

Selena Dewar | TVNZ

Selena (@selenadewar) is passionate about great code, strong leadership, good strategies and fostering high performing teams. Selena is the Software Development Manager for tvnz.co.nz and TVNZ Ondemand.

Erica Lloyd | Datacom

As the Director of Communications at Datacom, Erica (@ericalloyd) is a communications professional with a serious tech-bent. She has run her own tech business in the film industry, worked as news and current affairs producer and an on air business journo, and done loads of multichannel PR including building from scratch social media capability for a bank.
